5th Annual Religion Decathlon

On March 25, 2025, St. Stanislaus Catholic School proudly hosted the 5th Annual Religion Decathlon for the Diocese of Stockton. Students from each diocesan elementary school showcased their knowledge of the faith and their love for the Lord through friendly competition. Catholic schools outperformed public schools in the 2024 Nation’s Report Card by the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), with students in fourth and eighth grade scoring higher in both math and reading. Amid growing support for school choice, an increasing number of students are using state programs to attend Catholic schools, with more than 1 in 10 benefiting in the 2023-2024 school year.
