The liturgy is primarily a divine activity, but God has so designed it so that we might participate, as members of the Body of Christ, in Christ's great sacrifice of himself to the Father.

Pope Francis has promulgated new norms for the celebration of the Mass according to the 1962 Missal.

As part of our Eucharistic Revival and renewed catechesis on the Mass called for by Bishop Cotta, the Liturgy & Worship office has prepared resources for learning more about the Mass and growing in our participation in it. This includes a new catechetical series titled "(Re-) Learning the Mass", walking through the entire Mass, with new articles to be released weekly.
